What is CashXRise and how does it work?

CashXRise is a rewards app that lets you earn real money by completing simple tasks such as trying out apps, taking surveys, watching videos, and more. Here's how it works:

  1. Download and install the CashXRise app
  2. Create your free account
  3. Browse available tasks in the app
  4. Complete tasks to earn coins
  5. Redeem your coins for cash via UPI, Paytm, or other payment methods
Is CashXRise free to use?

Yes, CashXRise is completely free to download and use. There are no hidden fees or subscriptions. You can earn money without any investment. We make money when you complete offers from our advertising partners, and we share a portion of that revenue with you.

How do I download and install the app?

To download and install CashXRise:

  1. Visit our download page from your Android device
  2. Tap the "Download APK" button
  3. Once downloaded, open the APK file
  4. If prompted, enable "Install from Unknown Sources" in your device settings
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation
  6. Open the app and sign up to get started
Is CashXRise available for iOS/iPhone?

Currently, CashXRise is only available for Android devices. We're working on an iOS version and plan to release it in the future. Please check back later or sign up for our newsletter to be notified when the iOS version becomes available.

How do I withdraw my earnings?

To withdraw your earnings from CashXRise:

  1. Open the CashXRise app
  2. Go to the "Wallet" or "Withdraw" section
  3. Select your preferred withdrawal method (UPI)
  4. Enter the amount you wish to withdraw (minimum ₹10)
  5. Fill in your payment details
  6. Tap "Request Withdrawal" and wait for confirmation

Most withdrawals are processed within 24-48 hours. You'll receive a notification or email once your payment is sent.

What is the minimum withdrawal amount?

The minimum withdrawal amount is:

  • UPI: ₹10
  • (Other methods like Paytm, Amazon Pay, or bank Transfer may be added in the future)

How long does it take to receive payments?

Payment time on Withdrawal method:

  • UPI: 1-24 hours
  • (Other methods will follow standard timelines once introduced)

Withdrawals are usually processed during working hours. Delays may occur on weekends or national holidays.

Why was my withdrawal request rejected?

Withdrawal requests may be rejected for several reasons:

  • Incorrect or incomplete payment details
  • Suspicious or fraudulent activity detected
  • Violation of our Terms of Service
  • Using multiple accounts (which is against our policy)
  • Attempting to game or manipulate the system

If your withdrawal is rejected, you'll receive an email with the reason. You can correct the issue and submit a new withdrawal request.

How do I create an account?

Creating a CashXRise account is quick and easy:

  1. Download and install the CashXRise app
  2. Open the app and tap "Sign Up"
  3. Create a strong password
  4. Fill in your profile details (email, etc.)
  5. Enter Referral Code (if available)
  6. Start earning by completing tasks!
I forgot my password. How can I reset it?

To reset your password:

  1. Open the CashXRise app
  2. Tap on "Forgot Password?" on the login screen
  3. Enter your registered email
  4. check your inbox/spam folder for the Pasword Forgot link
  5. Click on the link and follow the instructions to reset your password

Can I have multiple accounts?

No, creating multiple accounts is strictly against our Terms of Service. Each user is allowed only one CashXRise account. Any attempt to create multiple accounts will result in all accounts being permanently banned, and any earnings may be forfeited.

If you're having issues with your account, please contact our support team instead of creating a new one.

How do I delete my account?

We're sorry to see you go! To delete your CashXRise account:

  1. To delete your CashXRise account, please send a request by email to:

  3. In your email, please provide your:
  4. Full Name
  5. Email Address
  6. The email address associated with your account
  7. A short description of why you want to delete your account

Note: Once your account is deleted, all your data and earnings will be permanently removed. Please withdraw any remaining balance before sending your request.

How do I change my email address or phone number?

Troubleshooting

The app keeps crashing. How can I fix this?

If the CashXRise app keeps crashing, try these troubleshooting steps:

  1. Close and reopen the app - Completely close the app from recent apps and restart it
  2. Clear app cache:
    • Go to Settings > Apps > CashXRise
    • Tap on "Storage"
    • Tap "Clear Cache"
  3. Update the app - Make sure you have the latest version from our website
  4. Restart your device - This can resolve temporary system issues
  5. Check for system updates - Make sure your Android OS is up to date
  6. Reinstall the app - Uninstall and then reinstall the app (make sure you know your login credentials)

I completed a task but didn't receive credit. What should I do?

If you completed a task but didn't receive credit, please follow these steps:

  1. Wait a few minutes - Sometimes there's a delay in crediting rewards
  2. Check your transaction history in the app to see if the reward is pending
  3. Ensure you met all requirements of the offer (e.g., minimum usage time, specific actions)
  4. Take screenshots of the completed task if possible
  5. Contact support with the following information:
    • Name/description of the offer
    • Date and time of completion
    • Any proof of completion (screenshots, emails, etc.)

Our support team will investigate and credit your account if the completion is verified.

I can't log in to my account. What should I do?

If you're having trouble logging in, try these solutions:

If you forgot your password:

  1. Tap on "Forgot Password?" on the login screen
  2. Enter your registered email address
  3. check your email for the reset password link
  4. click on the reset password link and create a new password

If your account is locked:

After multiple failed login attempts, your account may be temporarily locked for security reasons. Wait 30 minutes and try again.

If you're sure your credentials are correct but still can't log in:

  1. Check your internet connection
  2. Update the app to the latest version
  3. Clear the app cache and data
  4. Try logging in from a different device or network

The app shows "No Internet Connection" but my internet is working. How to fix?

If you're seeing connection errors despite having internet access, try these solutions:

  1. Check your internet connection
    • Try loading a website in your browser
    • Switch between mobile data and WiFi to see if one works
  2. Restart the app - Close and reopen the app
  3. Check for app updates - Make sure you have the latest version
  4. Clear app cache and data:
    • Go to Settings > Apps > CashXRise
    • Tap on "Storage"
    • Tap "Clear Cache" and then "Clear Data" (Note: This will log you out)
  5. Check date and time settings
    • Go to Settings > System > Date & time
    • Enable "Automatic date & time" and "Automatic time zone"
  6. Check VPN or proxy settings - Disable any VPN or proxy services
  7. Restart your device - This can resolve temporary network issues
